This time I am going to take a slightly different approach. I am going to make a two week commitment, but I am not going to over commit myself. I am going to take baby steps for two weeks. After that, I can make a new commitment.
Here are the things that I am going to do:
- Morning Prayer
- Drink Glass of Water
- Stretch
- 3 sets of 25 girl push ups, and 30-20-10 crunches
- Breakfast
- Meditation (3 minutes)
- Journaling
- Drink Glass of Water
- Night Prayer
I am going to take the small steps, and I am going to keep on taking them for the next two weeks, no mater what. My prediction is that this way I will be able to build up my confidence level, and will be able to follow through on the larger commitments in the future.
