In this blog I want to teach you about the power of imagery and how we can use it to drive profound change. We are going to do some visualization to put your struggle in perspective and quickly empower you to take action. I heard this song the other day by a band called Sabatron. According to Wikipedia, “the band’s main lyrical themes are based on war and historical battles.” Sabatron is a heavy metal band. The song I heard is called Ghost Division – it’s a song about a military attack and soldiers charging into battle.

It’s powerful and I want you to listen to the words and try to connect with the feeling of the song. Imagine the battle.

Now close your eyes . . . (seriously do it) and imagine a soldier charging into battle while bullets buzz past his head and shells are exploding meters away, stepping over dead and wounded soldiers. Can you even fathom the courage it takes to do that?

That my friend is amazing power and strength and YOU have it inside you. The soldier moves forward. He continues the attack. And that’s what you must do.

The battle has begun men – it’s the battle to reclaim our manhood. A manhood you surrendered to a billion dollar industry hell bent on taking your sex from you for profit, rendering you limp in the process.

Let me put this in perspective. We are MEN! We conquered civilizations, put men on the moon, painted the Sistine Chapel, and you mean to tell me that you can’t stop looking at porn? That you are content being rendered limp by pixels. No no no no!

Not on my watch my brothers!!!!

If for one second you don’t understand that this a battle for your life . . . that YOU are battling for your life – then you better take a long hard look in the mirror and ask yourself if you are a slave.

If you are do something about it. And you have, that’s why you are here. I want you to honor that. If you are reading this blog it means that you have made a powerful choice. Embrace your power of choice.

Either you are a slave or you are not a slave and I know that you know what I mean. You can’t have both and you know it . . . and I know it. That’s why you are reading this post and it’s a good start but you must do more.

Many of you are reading this post waiting for someone else, some other thing, an outside universal force to bump you just enough to ignite that incredible power that you already know is lurking inside you. Let this be that bump. Let reclaiming your manhood be that spark that ignites a inferno of power.

Watch the video and even if you don’t like metal it still may be inspiring.

Now take action! Do something, Anything: run, do 10 pushups, buy a book to learn about how #porn is screwing up your head in a big way. Go to our website, join our free forum, download the free 23 Chapter Course that our incredible founder Alex wrote – it’s what saved him and I think it’s awesome.

Porn makes men limp brothers . . . limp men can’t charge into battle.

The war for your great life has begun. You choose.

Here’s the video that inspired this post. Now start kicking ass!!!! NOW!

Great stuff. I really like the way you build up your thoughts and use the right words in the right way to motivate us so we don’t give up the battle. Since I’m a big fan of Rock/Metal and a professional guitarist, I’m now taking this Sabatron song as my theme song for kicking porn’s ass (as you would say haha) and to stay strong with the temptations and challenges that ARE going to come. I read your other article, and I’m gonna start today with the meditation and mindfulness thoughts and I’m going back to exercises tomorrow!!

I really thank you for the effort, time and energy you put into this. You are saving people from staying into the mind slavery and unfulfilling road. Thank you so much Coach Craig!

In the feed the right wolf scenario, the problem I’m facing, is that I’ve fed one big badass wolf, and the “right” wolf is so famished and starved and weak, I don’t even know how to feed it. It doesn’t seem like simply not looking at porn is “feeding the wolf”. I can tell myself to meditate, or read the bible or self help books or whatever, but when it comes down to it, the big badass wolf kicks my ass every time. I can turn to others for help, but what I’ve found there is usually an attitude of, “We love and support you so much, as long as you change.”
I feel helpless and although I’ve “determined” many times to change, it seems I’m all but “eaten up” by the biggest wolf that’s ever attacked the soul of mankind.
Being sick of this snake in my garden isn’t making it go away.
Blocking websites isn’t making it go away. There’s always a beautiful ass walking in my vision, day to day, should I literally pluck my eyes out? Or just kill myself like the beast whispers, “It’s the only way.”

I’m so glad you are here Mark and brave enough to comment. That alone tells me you are taking this problem seriously and want change. Celebrate that. We are so used to failure that we forget to acknowledge the small seeds of change that lead to bigger and bigger ones.

I believe that in order to be fulfilled that we men need to live passion filled lives. I’m guess that you haven’t found yours yet because when you do porn becomes an annoying afterthought.

First, if you’ve tried to succeed by yourself and can’t that just means you need some help – that realization means you are strong – not weak. One powerful option is our one on one coaching programs – these are changing lives of men and women all over the world and I guaranty will change your life fast. If not, I give you your money back. It’s really that simple. Click here if you want to learn more about professional coaching options.

If budget prevents you from this option is there someone local you can see that might be covered by insurance – the website for the Society of Sexual Health has a list of providers searchable by location? Are there any local free 12 step meetings that you could attend?

Have you done our free course and are you participating on the free forum?

If you’ve done all those things, then ask yourself – if your life is “perfect” in 3 years and you’ve succeeded in conquering this beast, what would your life look like in the following 6 categories: Career, Finances, Relationships, Spirituality, Health and Hobbies. Write this down. Then check back in.

You can do this brother. I know because I’ve done it!

Powerful stuff coach Craig! I love the analogy! This is a message that must be shared as there are many men struggling who have not yet come forward. You, Alex and Coach Kevin are doing such amazing work! Thank you!
