Once I saw how this system was changing my life, I know that I wanted to spend what is left of it teaching others how they can change their lives too. So I dedicated myself to mastering the principles, expanding upon them as I learned more, and learning to teach them to others. I’m now a certified Mindful Habit Coach, personally trained by Craig Perra.
I’ve spent the majority of my adult life in education, in one form or another. I’ve been a minister, a professor, university administrator, and teacher. But now, I have life-changing CONTENT to teach – a system, a philosophy of life, that will help you overcome your compulsive behavior and start creating the life you’ve always wanted.
