Welcome, chennianjia.

I'm glad you had the courage to post here. Take some time and read through journals and see what worked for people, and above all keep coming back. When you help yourself you are helping us all, and vice versa.

Your friend,
Absolution.

Hi mate.

Welcome to you. It's natural to feel weak and alone with this -- fighting an addiction is unlike any other aspect of our life. Most of the time when we want to change something or learn something new, we just do it. Addiction fights back and tries to prevent you from unlearning it. Very discouraging at first.

Remember, though: all of us here get what you're going through and sympathize. We all struggle too. So be patient with yourself and hold your head high. You've made it to the right place and, with a little bit of patience, can learn and grow in the ways you need to to move past this.

Cheers,
Xe

Welcome to the site, you are not alone. I am also new here and have tried to quit on my own for many years. It wasn't until I found this site, did the reading and the exercises before I had the tools to change my life.

You have come to the right place.

Your friend
Cole
