Hi clearskycoming, the problem with working out is that I used to do it regularly and then broke my arm in an accident and my arm hasn't healed since, it's been 18 months.
The truth is, I can still do a bunch of stuff, swimming, running, leg exercise, ab exercise, even some chest and back.
I should be going through surgery soon so I don't want to start with anything I'd have to stop soon after the surgery.

I will go to the beach tomorrow and run for a few miles, that will cheer me up and clear my mind.
It is true, the mind get all cluttered if you are used to exercise and don't get work out.
I'm doing day 4 too ! I have a great idea - Let us do a bout ! You and me - who of us will scor more sober days that will win!
The contest shall be merciless and beyond the blood like in boxing .
