Today was a great day. I was able to kill all my temptation with breathing and prayer. What can I say it was a clean day! :D

Today was a struggle. I felt tempted most of the day, but I was a able to fight it off with prayer and distraction (doing something good every time). I didn't really spend the time reading my bible today so this may have been a reason I was so distracted with temptation. I am happy that I hit day 2 and looking forward to day 3.

Thoughts of porn would pop in my head.

I was able to fight even the strongest temptation today. The strong temptation usually gets me, but God game me the strength to kick it to the side.

Things You are Thankful for Today:
Another day without porn!

I will continue to work and pray about my motivation.

I have been traveling so I haven't had the chance to update my journal. Its great to be back home with my family. I have been clean for 6 days now and I feel like I made it over the first hump. My urges have died down a bit and I have been doing something constructive anytime one comes about. My back hurts but the house is now clean! HAHA I wanted to thank Mombasa for his excellent advice and support. I am still struggling to make time to read my Bible, but that is a lack of planning on my part more than anything. So that is something I would like to continue to improve on. I feel positive I am back on track to kicking this again, but I am going to take it one day at a time.

I am a bit stressed being back in a busy house, but its good to be home.

I had one strange thought about not belonging in my house before I went to bed last night, but i kicked that one to the curb.

Spent all day with my family.

8 Days clean. I really feel like I am on a roll. I spent the whole day taking my family out around the town. Right now things are going well at home and at work. The real test is when something goes wrong with either one. I hope my life changes that I continue to make will keep me on course. I am still going to try to post on my Journal everyday.

I am just tired, but It maybe the jet lag.

I am also worried when I am away from my family that i might relaps again. I am going to have to keep on course and worry about that challenge when I get there.
