Feed the Right Wolf

It's difficult to even post here again, as I have been gone for nearly 4 months, and must admit that I have been hit hard lately.

I have been reading much lately on this forum and need to post daily. Set this site as a home page which should always help as well.

This is Day one for me, and something which I came across yesterday that made me think: It went something like, "What has porn ever done for me besides bring heartache and pain? Think of all the lost time, memories, and miracles you could instead be doing with your life."

Who will you choose?

Remember - good luck on day one... you're right to remind yourself of the uselessness of P/M, but in my humble view you may also want to think about the damage it may cause to others you have or may have in your life if you don't overcome it now. In that sense I've found it's worse than useless, it's toxic and destructive. Maybe not for you today, but it if not today then it likely will be down the line... stay strong and good luck! I'm just at the one-week mark and it's hard work but it feels good.
