As you know, once in a week, yesterday is my day off. Though the reason i couldn't post you yesterday is the whole city had a enormous power crisis from noon to early morning - can't imagine what happened, had never seen such a day like this.
Flit, my friend, wake up. It is a wake up call. What happened to you?. You are supposed to report me your best productive days. Aren't you using the pills given by your doc?. What is the real problem that is bothering you?. Tell me, is there any thing else? I am here to help you.
Take the pills, whatever helps to you get even the least amount of sleep. You remember you crossed 20ps only once. That's your real ability. And it's okay you reached around 18 or 19. But 10 is way to low, and you are nearing the deadline. Friend, i am asking you again, Is there any other problem that is bothering you?. Kindly share. Only if we find the core of the problem we can deal with it.
Don't get tensed, being in tension is going to make things even worse. Relax, when you feel tensed do breathing exercise. Do "Pranayama" - every day morning and night, it will relieve you. It relaxes you. It hardly takes 4-5 minutes.
Being stress free, tension free is important to concentrate, so it is important to keep your mind stable. Relaxation exercises are must. Next you should have good sleep, i know it is harder to get pills without prescriptions, but there are always other ways to get them. Do something, at the end of the day, you should have a proper sleep, period.
Good sleep, Stress free, Eat healthy, Take needed breaks in between. Follow all this diligently - no distractions. Don't time binge, sitting continuously for hours having the tension you have to study more, you will end up exhausting more, and end up taking rest more than necessary. Have balance of all those (sleep, eating healthy, breaks, stress free) mentioned, with 2 days of sustained output, you will feel better and would be on track.
