as of right now i am 4 days clean, struggling a bit, but making it! i have a fair amount of freetime on my hands seeing that it is summer and i am in collage. every time in the past couple of days i would get in this website and read about a few of you struggling, and that gives me the motivation to resist "acting out" for how ever long i am on the computer. this is the first time i have felt that something could actually help me. i think i started looking at porn around 10 years old, and havent stopped, im 23 now. its been a constant battle with many relapses but the articles and support here are strengthening my resolve every day. thanks to you all!

Congratulations Bluoceanphoenix! It's such a shame that a 10 year old can get their hands on porn. I wish you all the best in your battle. You have so much ahead of you and you can avoid some of the mistakes I made because resources like this forum just were not around when I was in my early 20s. Fight as if you are fighting for your life - because in many ways you are. Just keep moving forward...

Hello guys Hope you all are doing well, I joined this site a while back but didn't really do much with it even though I should've and am trying to now. I have seen pornographic images since I was in my early teens but didn't really get hooked until about 4 years ago, I am 23 now myself as well, anyway I haven't read the online recovery course yet but I hope that I can learn a lot from it and also from other people that are struggling with this hellish addiction as I am.
