Feed the Right Wolf

I'll start by saying I LOVE the K9 Browser. So much more difficult to bypass than my previous browser (Safe Browser, which is good but too easy to change the password, and allows too many sites to get through).

However, there's one problem - there's a few major social networking sites that get through, which provide access to pornographic content. I won't mention which ones, in case they're triggers for y'all. The PC version of K9 allows you to block individual sites, but this option isn't yet available for the Android counterpart (which is my major Achilles Heel).

Does anyone have any suggestions, alternate ways to block these sites, other great browsers, etc.?

I know you posted a few months ago, but did you come up with anything? I tried k9 on my phone for my partner, but was disappointed to see that if I wanted to allow facebook, then I would also have to allow some of the other sites that he has used for porn in the past.

At this point, I guess the solution is for him to not have mobile internet access. Perhaps forever. I guess, when you really think about it, we don't need mobile net access. There are phonebooks...GPS systems without internet...and facebook really can wait. When we are out of the house, we should be working or socializing, not hooking into the net!
