Comments. I will start taking care of myself a bit more by abandoning the scruffy look and adopting a more clean and bright approach. I need to ensure I am more approachable. This is mainly to continue to build my self confidence and my positive approach to life. Writing this journal has given me a great opportunity to reflect on my daily habits even outside my addiction. I will try to employ this self reflection to continuously develop.

I find people who dont take care of themselves lazy and hard to align with. Likewise, I cannot really expect people to accept me if I dont put an effort in order to improve my self image.

Insecurity about myself, but I really should not worry as I am doing very well. But still...
Confusion about my feelings
Inferiority I dont understand why I am feeling this way, probably just a reflection of my insecurity. Yet I do not know what to do about it. I am clearly not iferior to anyone but I have this overwhelming feeling of I am not good enough. Weird but I will need to discover what is wrong in next few days

Holidays next week and it will be a big challenge. I have to start planning how to spend it and hopefully by the end of the holiday I will celebrate my one month sober wih a reward

Other comments, so it has been 17 days since my last porn view and 25 days since m o and its feeling great to have control again. I still have some way to get to my previous record of 34 but I am on way there. Also, I am not feeling urges to porn or masturbate. It is mainly urges to create relationship with girls. However, I need to be alert for any triggers but I can easily go down the slippery slope and I have been through that many times.
These are just things to remember
Not to look at girls pictures
Be careful of falling in unrationalised love or relationships
Meditate and erps more with a focus on my addiction

I do not believe in having sex before marriage, but I don't see any issues with having a relationship with a female, in fact it is a healthy thing. When you say you don't believe in a relationship before marriage, I don't see how this could work because you have to get to know the girl before you marry her right?

Well that's true but such a relationship might increase my urges as it would be intimate, yet without an outlet, therefore placing a lot of pressure on me in my current fragile state. Consequently, I might return to porn and masturbation as an outlet.
