I can see the thoughts are there in the Brain now....I only hope that in the Moment of Real Temptation...Intense One..I don't fall...Guess that Is Running Away....Need to have a Back-Up plan...

Hopeully, Praying & Trying Hard will work...hope to make it 30 Days now...

Days 17 & 18 have also passed off well....kept myself Busy throughout the Weekend...

Had Day-Long Music Practice Today...now spending Time posting...will not Use the Computer or the Internet now for the Rest of the Evening...Nearing 3 Weeks...hopefully I move ahead. I've set a Long-Term Target till 7th September'12 which is My B'day...Hopefully I can achieve that, but First 30 Days...

Sometimes it seems like a Battle of Running away from the habit...somewhere in the Mind there is still a thought...just trying to practice Surfing the Urge...

Hopefully a Good Week lies ahead...

Days 19, 20 & 21 have passed off well...3 Weeks Today since the Last Slip-Up...It's been among the Best so Far in this Year....but No-Room for Complacency..

I can see the Urges are there, thoughts are there...but I am working to Pass Them and move on...I am Praying, Praying Hard...Engaging in Other Activities...Focusing my Mind elsewhere...

I hope to be Sitting here Next Week on Day 30 knowing that the First Milestone is Crossed... :)

Adalrichk, try and limit your use of the computer.
Do you have a web filter?
Learn how to do something else, like reading?!!?

Hi Peter,

Many Thanks....Yes I am redusing the Time spent on Using the Computer....Music is where I focus....will also on Reading now...though I am not a Great Reader...I would love to Install a Filter but my Brother will not Allow...You know what I mean...

Day 22 has passed off well...onto Day 23 now....

Day 29 has Passed- Off Well...My Best so far in the Yeat-To-Date...and my Second Best in a Long-Time...I remember having ABstained for 4 Months at a Stretch 3 Years ago, but have Struggled Since.

I can see Complacency can be an Enemy here....The Thoughts are Still there...Images keep Coming...Temptation is All -Around...I still feel I am just Running Away....A Different Approach is Important...trying to keep myself Busy with Other Activities...Music, Friends etc...Someone Got Something to say that will be Helpful.

I am palso Practicing ERP & Breathing though not Every Single-Day...bu I am certainly Praying Every Single Day...aware of all the Situations that can cause me to act...The Triggers that have caused me to Act-Out in the Past.

For the Time-Being Feels Nice to have Stayed-Away for 4 Full Weeks...One More Day and it will be 30...

The Only Way is the Way-Forward...
